The effect of ① is a disadvantage and it lasts until the end phase, so if you use it without thinking, it will be a 2:0 exchange. However, in addition to being able to peep, the ability to temporarily handicap is great in the first attack, and it is possible to predict the opponent's development in the second attack while preventing the opponent's troublesome hand triggers. Depending on his WATER monster used for the cost, you can cover the add loss with that effect. Also, it is possible to return the card removed by the effect of "Deep Sea Prima Donna" when going to his GY to his deck. The effect of ② is not a bad effect because it feels like a bonus.

It's hard to say what the name of the first *3 tuner for Sea Serpent is.
Discarding himself and his WATER, peeping and excluding the opponent's hand, unconditionally pulling the trigger of his Atlantean in hand and hand peeping is excellent, and the exclusion itself is until the end phase, so a combo with Primadonna is essential. Peeping alone is not bad, and since it is a tuner, it can be connected to synchronization on the spot.
The effect of 2 is plain and can't be said to be excellent, but it's nice to be able to prevent the depletion of Ryukitai, which tends to disappear from the Deck soon. It may be good to operate with the feeling of GY fertilizer.
It's not a flashy effect, but it feels like a solid and excellent card.

A single Diva or Nepte can remove Nibiru and bring it into Hari Fiber deployment, so it's highly evaluated.

By discarding yourself and his WATER monsters in your hand, you can see the opponent's hand and remove 1 card until the end phase, and when Special Summon succeeds, send 3 cards from the top of the Deck to GY, and GY's lower WATER will be sent to Deck. A deep sea tuner with the effect of returning to the top or bottom.
You can use Peeping Hands while pulling Atlantean and Sentry's triggers, but since exclusion only lasts until the end phase, you'll have to temporarily avoid hand triggers or support the activation of Primadona's effect. If you discard Sentry, you'll get two handicap cards, but the problem is that both ends in the End Phase.
The effect when Special Summoned is not very strong, but considering that it is a tuner, I wonder if it could not have a very strong effect. Since the number of GY fertilizers is quite large, it may be better for him to feel the charm of GY fertilizers and use them.

This is a piece that is likely to be highly rated by people.
① is an effect that cuts himself and his WATER monster in his hand, peeps the opponent's hand, and removes one until the end time.
Being able to peeping and handicap is quite powerful, and plays an important role in answering the recent hand triggers and understanding his opponent's deck in tournaments.
However, you have to discard a total of 2 cards, yourself and his WATER, and the handicapped card returns at the end, so the loss is not small in terms of card advantage. That said, it's extremely rare to find a card that can actively perform both peeping and handicap, so I'll give it a certain amount of credit for its uniqueness.
② is the effect of returning his WATER of GY to the Deck by sending his Deck's top 3 cards to his GY at Special Summon. Compared to other deep-sea monsters, it doesn't directly lead to an advantage, so it seems that it is rarely used preferentially. I would like to make good use of the fact that the number of GY feeds is more than the other two.
